Kulanu Refund Request Form

Due to the delays in religious school, CBI is offering Kulanu families a rebate/refund of 25% of the charge(s) for Kulanu tuition. This includes families with approved scholarships (you are eligible to receive 25% back of your remaining tuition amount after the scholarship has been applied). To have the rebate/refund applied, please fill out the form below. 

All requests must be submitted by January 5th, 2025, in order to be honored. Rebates may take up to two weeks to be applied. If you prefer not to claim the refund, and would like the remaining 25% of tuition to benefit Kulanu and the Religious School Scholarship Fund, no action is needed.
