Refuah Shlema -A Complete and Full Recovery
Healing List
At every Shabbat service, we read the names of those on our congregational Mi Sheberach list. The list includes the names of those in our community and their loved ones who are ill or recovering.
Mi Shebeirach is Hebrew for "The One Who Blesses," and is the name of our prayer for healing. The prayer includes pleas for both physical and spiritual healing. By reading their names, we show our support during these difficult times.

Resources
Judaism teaches us that we do not go through this world by ourselves, and we are each responsible, one for the other. Asking for help and support is to be encouraged and praised. There is nothing more precious than life, and protecting it is a mitzvah.
If you, or a loved one, struggle with depression or a mood disorder, we urge you to seek professional support. Your primary health provider is the best place to start for referrals.
